## Notice

Lancaster University's facilities division is looking to appoint a consultant to undertake Building Conditions Surveying: Building Surveying across the Lancaster campus and the Halton Boat house. Those who are interested in bidding are invited to a site visit on Thursday 14th June 2018, at 12pm, which will include a general tour including a selection of plantrooms. The contract will start no later than July 2018 and any supplier awarded such a contract must be fully operational at this point. The initial contract period will be from July 2018 to July 2021. There may be an extension period of up to 2 years (1+1) subject to the agreement of both parties and contractual performance. The programme is valued at circa PS100k inc VAT per annum for all condition surveys, including Building Services Engineering Surveys. We will be looking to appoint a Building Services Engineer separately to this tender.
