The Project is envisaged to involve: - New build and extensions comprising c. 200 beds - Refurbishment and remodelling of existing residences comprising c. 150 beds - Restoration of a Grade II listed building Throughout the term of the Project with the SSHP the Trust requires the ability but not the obligation to nominate student rooms annually, and for Trust staff to be given priority if vacancies arise in the staff rooms. The SSHP will be responsible for marketing the accommodation to secure occupancy in order to minimise vacancies as well as providing soft and hard facilities management services.
