Providers will work closely with the Housing Solutions Team to provide suitable emergency / temporary accommodation for households eligible for temporary accommodation. As part of a new initiative to engage private sector landlords across the Borough to help address the issue of homelessness, Middlesbrough Council would like landlords to agree to a proactive way of working for their properties to be re-let quickly to people who find themselves in urgent housing need.
