This includes services within the scope of the current AQP MCATs services, community pain services and elements of service within the current Acute and Community contract; Outpatient orthopaedic services Outpatient and community pain management services Community MSK services including physiotherapy Outpatient rheumatology services - considered in phases; Phase 1: initial assessment and diagnosis and development of a management plan. Referral on to secondary care in line with pathways agreed with the commissioner and secondary care provider.
