The DPS will comprise 8 lots as listed below: Lot 1 Level one LDA Supported Independent Living Lot 2 Level two LDA Supported Independent Living Lot 3 Level one PDSI Supported Independent Living Lot 4 Level two PDSI Supported Independent Lot 5 Level one Mental Health A Place to Call Home Lot 6 Level two Mental Health A Place to Call Home Lot 7 Level one Mental Health Support to Recover Lot 8 Level two Mental Health Support to Recover Both current and new entrants to the market are encouraged to join the new DPS. This DPS also includes five indicative 'Ghost Lots' (place holders for future provision the Council may want to purchase under this DPS), these lots will not be available at the beginning of this DPS and are currently placeholders for a future requirement which may become available under the DPS. The Council reserve the right to present this lot to bidders in the future, and qualification criteria and detailed specification will be provided at that time.
