*This is a contract award notice* The work involves an annual repeat make safe survey and preparation of updated drawings with a report of the David Murray John Building Swindon. Including for the emergency repair/make safe of 1 window and 1 panel (this includes any broken glass or panel in need of removal/refit or sealing). This is minor make safe work which could arise whilst transiting the building for the purposes of survey and not significant emergency repairs. An immediate review of the previous report and drawings by a cladding specialist and preparation of a detailed Risk Assessment for the external envelope of the building.
