Tenderers are invited to include as many as they feel appropriate and possible in their offered design. Question and clarification "Within the tender document it states that 20% of the scoring will be "Young person preference". Can you please expand on how this evaluation will take place". The Council will provide copies of the designs to the youth workers who will visit holiday clubs, youth clubs and any other meetings with young people and ask for feedback on preference.
