It will provide us with an understanding of the success of the programme for the participants, the organisations and learners, and therefore sector as a whole. It will enable us to provide reports to DfE on the value and success of the programme, and any future potential changes required. The evaluation will use data gathered through the assessment centre and through the programme itself, as well as data on improvements and achievements from participants' organisations, and primary data collection from participants.
