The SPPS is targeted at people who might not have access to Parliament via traditional routes, eg. from marginalised or under-represented groups. The Scheme provides access to Parliament via work experience as an assistant within the House of Commons Service, Members of Parliament's offices, workplace visits and a comprehensive learning and development programme. Tender submissions must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal; electronic responses submitted via e-mail are not acceptable.
