The purpose of this Pre-Market Engagement is to: a) Alert the market to a potential opportunity b) Provide an overview of the surveys to-date and planned trajectory of the surveys moving forward c) Test the scope and feasibility of our requirements to identify our priorities d) Seek feedback and soft-market testing in order to refine requirements The event will be held at Sport England's Head Office in London on Wednesday 11 September 2019 and will consist of a maximum 45 minute presentation followed by an open Question and Answer (Q&A) session of 15 minutes (maximum duration of event 1 hour). The event will be followed by 1:1 break-out sessions between Sport England and suppliers lasting no-more than 20 minutes with each supplier. If you would like to book onto a break-out session please outline this within your response to this invitation and you will be allocated a timeslot and advised of the time in advance. Should suppliers wish to attend this Pre-Market Engagement Event they are requested to respond and provide the names of no-more than two attendees via the e-sourcing portal messaging facility by no-later-than 12:00 noon on Friday 6 September 2019. Please also outline: - Whether you would like to book a 20 minute 1:1 break-out slot - Which requirement you are provisionally interested in; Active Lives Adult Survey, Active Lives Children Survey or both It is envisaged at this stage that the Active Lives Adult Survey and Active Lives Children's Survey will be procured separately however this may be subject to change.
