## Notice

Precedent documents in the above areas The Service should meet the following requirements: * Resources must be updated promptly to reflect developments in the law; * Resources must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year, subject to a minimum level of disruption which the bidder should specify in the tender. * Resources must be available for two concurrent users. The SSRO is seeking to award a contract for 1, 2 or 3 years and is seeking pricing models on that basis.
