## Notice

The service will also include the provision of strategic advice to Leicestershire County Council around specialist areas such as: service devolution and alternative service delivery models (including employee-led 'spin-outs', mutual and co-operatives); embedding the Social Value Act in commissioning; alternative finance models; and social investment and social impact bonds. The service will also support the Council's objectives around stimulating local economic and business growth, with a particular focus on social businesses. The contract is offered for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years. The estimated contract value is PS20,000 per annum.
