The service will be provided through on-line platform with interactive communication function that will enable communication between clinicians and carers who look after person who is diagnosed with mental health issues such as psychosis, chizophrenia or bipolar disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Adjustment disorder or Emotional Unstable Personality Disorder. The duration of the contract is for total of 3 years made up of initial 2 year term with further 1 year of extension available at the Council discretion.
