The procurement process is initiated under the Accelerated Open Procedure, with a deadline for tender submissions set for noon on 16th October 2020. The project will run until 31st March 2021 and encompasses various industry sectors, including Advanced Manufacturing, Business Services, Creative Industries, Energy and Low Carbon, as well as Life Sciences & Healthcare, with contracts awarded on a lot basis for the specified sectors in Birmingham, West Midlands. Interested businesses are encouraged to register on the e-tendering portal to express their interest and access further documentation. ## Notice Birmingham City Council on behalf of the GBSLEP is conducting the procurement exercise using the Accelerated Open Procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the Public Procurement (Amendments, Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 2016. The publication of this Invitation to Tender Document Suite (ITT) in no way commits the GBSLEP to award any contract pursuant to any procurement process. The GBSLEP wishes to establish pilot Contract(s) to support the delivery of the Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Peer Network Activity provided through the GBSLEP Growth Hub Peer Networks for the following lots by industry sector: o Lot 1 - Advanced Manufacturing; o Lot 2 - Business, Financial, Professional and Services, including independent Training Providers o Lot 3 - Creative Industries; o Lot 4 - Energy and Low Carbon; o Lot 5 - Life Sciences & Healthcare This pilot will last until 31st March 2021 (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).
