## Notice

Hardware - Apple Mac Mini 3.0GHz 6-core 8th Gen - ATTO Thunderlink x 2 - Promise Pegasus32 R8 RAID - Quantum Scaler Tape library Software - Retrospect backup Additional services required: * Phone and remote support between 0800-1700 * Support with the continued accreditation of the system which will include help with network architecture diagrams * In year one only: - A pre-visit to familiarise engineers with the network configuration - one health check of the server and network - (Day rate x 2) * In year two and year three provide two health checks of the server and network on site per year * Offer advice on better ways of working and possible upgraded of current server, raid, backup, and LAN
