## Notice

EQUANS on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to the undertake of 55no principal inspections for highway structures, including culverts, bridges, and retaining walls. These inspections are to be undertaken to national standards, as detailed in the Inspection Manual for Highway Structures vol 1 & 2, the relevant CSS Guidance Notes on Bridge Condition Indicators, the Well-Managed Highway Infrastructure Code of Practice, CS450 Inspection of Highways Structures and its UK National Annex, and to a lesser extent the Highways Act 1980, and the Roads Act 1984.
