The specific work types have been split into separate packages (Lots). These services shall fall into 5 'Lots' reflecting the area of support needed for the business The Framework contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for further 2 years (4-year maximum) starting from date of award. The Form of Contract will be the JCT Measured Term Contract (MTC) 2016. This Framework may be utilised by other Service Areas within Thirteen Housing Group providing Thirteen and the Contractor agree in writing to use of this Framework and its Terms and Conditions prior to any works commencing.
