Clients will have a history of rough sleeping and have failed to engage with 'traditional' hostel provision. Typically, this cohort will have been excluded from multiple services and will have experienced entrenched rough sleeping/long term homelessness, interspersed with periods in hospital, prison, and hostels. Engagement with services is usually sporadic and traditional homeless hostel provision fails to meet their needs. We expect the contract to start in early 2021. You are invited to attend a market engagement event on; Thursday 5 March Time: 10:00 - 13:00 The Tomlinson Centre Queensbridge Rd, London E8 3ND The service will be commissioned to deliver an accommodation based complex needs service providing support to single homeless adults who are known to have a history of complex needs, including substance misuse, personality disorders and mental health problems. This is not a Housing First service.
