Liverpool City Council (LCC) have appointed Wates Construction Ltd.as the design & Build contractor for a development on land at Princes Dock (along Princes Parade Known as Plot11) for the construction of a mixed-use scheme comprising of a 200 bed Upscale Hotel with transport interchange facilities to support and supplement the proposed new permanent Cruise Terminal Facility at the former Princes Jetty. This procurement is for the selection of a Hotel Brand / Franchisor so that the design can be developed in conjunction with the Franchisor's technical team
