On behalf of the Council, the Street Lighting team is seeking to appoint a supplier who can provide the testing of the structural capacity of street lighting columns. The testing must be non - destructive and will not involve excavation. Testing will be carried out of steel and aluminium columns which shall, in general, be related to 5 to 12 metre columns, although occasional testing of other column sizes may be required.
