Project Description Swindon Borough Council is moving forward with the development of the town centre, brownfield, development site, Kimmerfields, in partnership with other stakeholders and landowners. As part of this development, Swindon Borough Council are looking to procure the new storm and foul drainage connections to the first building coming forward. A new office block has been planned and approved within the first parcel of land to be developed within the Kimmerfields site. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the regeneration of the town centre. The office block construction is due to start in summer of 2020, and Swindon Borough Council will be facilitating the storm and foul connections to this building, working closely with the project management team and construction contractor of the office block. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. Contract Period The initial contract term will be for 7 weeks as stated in the RFQ documents.
