## Summary

The Immigration Advice and Support for NRPF families procurement process is being conducted by ONESOURCE PARTNERSHIP LTD, aiming to provide high-quality immigration services to families with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) in London. The process is currently in the planning stage, with a market engagement notice published on 19th July 2021. Interested providers must conclude their responses to the market test questionnaire by 2nd August 2021, with service delivery expected to commence on 1st September 2021. The estimated contract value for the 12-month period is £76,000, focusing on the legal services industry as classified under CPV code 79100000.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for legal service providers, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that specialise in immigration advice. Companies with expertise in providing OISC-registered immigration services will be well-suited to compete, as the contract entails managing a caseload of families while offering ongoing support to the Newham Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. Furthermore, successful bidders can expect to develop valuable relationships within the community, potentially opening doors for further engagements in public service contracts.
