Description of the modifications An addtional year has been added to the four year framework Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: The COVID-19 pandemic meant that we were unable to re-tender. Value has been adjusted to reflect what has already been spent through the framework, this does not exceed the original estimated value.
