LOT 2 - Enforcement Operations. This will include detailed design, construction, configuration, integration, testing and implementation of a scalable Enforcement Operations IT system(s), on-going continuous operation, and support and maintenance of the system(s) constructed. Data quality analysis, data migration, integration testing and proving will be required, together with working with other Economic Operators. The Economic Operator will provide and operate support services to include: validating potential contraventions before raising penalty charges for non-compliance with the relevant scheme, the issue of all Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and the operation of a contact centre that will manage customer payments, queries, representations and appeals.
