New entrance lobby and external works (hard and soft landscaping) is to be completed in early March 2019. The key works for this specific project consist of the following: * Construction of New lobby area and access routes in to existing building and associated services. * Construction of new hard landscaping/ Ramps and benching and associated facilities and noted in drawings. * New and Reuse of existing cycle storage in new locations - both covered and uncovered (Re use of existing covered units and some stands) * Removal of existing drainage * New drainage and new perimeter drainage * Drainage reconfiguration works. * Soft Landscape Planting * Hoardings surrounding site and compounds including building facing.
