On completion of these specific test requirements and to report on its factual findings on the completion of the Housing Benefit (Subsidy) Assurance Process (HBAP) Modules 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 based on principles of a tripartite arrangement in respect of form MPF720A for the year ending 31 March 2019. For 2018/19 the auditor's report must be delivered to the DWP no later than 30 November 2019.
