Lot 1 - Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and Associated Works - GBP 1,225,000 Lot 2 - Boiler Replacements and Associated Works - GBP 700,000 Lot 3 - Electrical Rewires and Associated Works - GBP 270,000 Lot 4 - Installation of Windows and Doors - GBP 210,000 A maximum of three contractors will be appointed for Lot 1 and Lot 2 and a maximum of two contractors will be appointed for Lot 3 and Lot 4.
