Specific tasks to be performed and reported against by the supplier: 1) Identification and evaluation of target market 2) Market needs/demand - survey data, evaluation of assist data/diagnostics 3) Review of current service(s)/product(s) to identify areas for improving the customer experience and impact 4) Recommendations for service development - products and underlying skills requirements 5) Small-scale user group evaluation with clients. 6) Put forward revised assets/content. 7) Outline likely messaging and design of client materials
