In particular, the Assessment is looking to: * Inform the development of future pitches across the Borough; * Provide information on Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople's accommodation needs - both temporary and permanent (including 'bricks and mortar' accommodation); and * Gain a better understanding of the pattern of movements and encampments in the Council's administrative area.
