The Council has worked with the Hampshire NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for the purpose of defining the Service. The scope of this information, advice and support should cover initial concerns or identification of potential SEN or disabilities, through to ongoing support and provision, which may include an Education, Health and Care plan. The specification incorporates legislative requirements whilst also addressing the requirements of parents and professionals. The contract will commence on 1 January 2019 and will be for a period of three years with the option to extend for one further two year period.
