## Notice

Works will largely focus on the First Floor to ensure this area is suitable for new cohort arriving in early September, such as boxing of remaining heating and hot/cold pipes, radiators, replacement of fire doors, extending access controls using the incumbent. The works are due to be undertaken to the two storey main building at Chaucer Centre, in addition to the external areas.
