Please note that access to this opportunity and the tender documents is via Bravo Solutions link is: https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html The requirement is for the following:- Survey of Optical Fibre on the Network Design and installation of an optical fibre backbone for the Metro extension in Edgbaston, Birmingham. The optical fibre backbone will follow the same principle of design as that already deployed on Centenary Square Extension (CSQ) project. The backbone will be extended from CSQ Library tram stop through to the terminuses at Hagley Road. The Optical Fibre supplier shall be responsible for the Detailed Design, Construction Design, Installation, Test & Commissioning and the associated test, installation and As-built documentation as per the requirement scope of the project. Please see Appendix 1 - Scope of Works for full specification required. The supplier shall undertake all works associated with this project in accordance with the following legislation and standards: Statutory documents (Acts and Statutory Instruments) Building Regulations Birmingham City Council Standards (public highway infrastructure only) Network Rail Standards (network rail infrastructure only) British Standards (BS and BS EN) European Standards (EN) Industry Standards Additional information: Access to the tender documents can only be found on Bravo Solution which is free to register.
