The intention is to award this lot to a sole supplier. Lot 2 - Packaged Bitumen Products; this Lot includes the supply of all packaged bitumen products required for highways maintenance and construction, to our Stores situated in Bodmin and Scorrier. The intention is to award this lot to a sole supplier. Lot 3 - Bulk PEN Bitumen; this Lot includes the supply of bulk PEN bitumen to our quarry, situated at Castle-an-Dinas, Ludgvan, Penzance.
