The service comprises database administration; system administration; EIS report support and development; APEX support and development; maintenance; support; problem and incident management and resolution including developing workarounds; patch and update testing; release management including advising on and applying patches and updates; remote monitoring, diagnosis and resolution; updating the system to deal with legal and regulatory changes, including changes in public sector pension schemes; assistance with software upgrades and changes; and undertaking process improvement projects, including configuration and customisation of EBS and advising on implementation of best practice.
