The first project will be for Newarke Street Car Park ONLY. For the successful provider, there will be a requirement subsequent to the Newarke Street project to provide a feasibility study on the Haymarket Centre Car Park and provide workable options for converting this to a Pay-on-Foot CPMS including ANPR systems for consideration. The Council may be requiring additional installations and/or maintenance however this is neither guaranteed nor exclusive to the successful supplier.
