The Council operational estate is located within the London Borough of Brent and comprises of 24 locations consisting of approximately 55000 m2 of space and includes the following: * Brent Civic Centre * Libraries * NHS Facility * Commercial Offices * Adult Social Care Centres * Children & Young People Centres * Commercial Offices * Family Wellbeing Centres The Council's current Facilities Management (FM) contract is due to expire on 30 June 2021. The Contract will run for an initial 5 year period, commencing on 1 July 2021 until 30 June 2026. The Council reserves the right to extend the contract by up to 24 months (in 2 x 12 month periods) up to a maximum end date of 30 June 2028. Either of these extension periods can be extension periods can be exercised at the Council's discretion subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor and continuing Council requirements. The value of the 5 year fixed term is anticipated to be PS5m - PS7.5m. The value of each year will be in the region of PS1m - PS1.5m, therefore, the potential total value of the contract, if all option are exercised could be PS7m - PS10.5m.
