The Partnerships are a key mechanism to ensure that user voice is at the heart of decision making, feeding into strategies, commissioning and operations. The Partnerships consists of key stakeholders including experts-by-lived-experience, parent/carers, commissioners from NCC and the CCG, the third sector and others.
