This Contractors Preferred Supplier List will include the following Lots: Lot 1 - New Build PS0 up to PS2m Lot 2 - New Build PS2m up to PS4.7m Lot 3 - Refurbishment PS0 up to PS2m Lot 4 - Refurbishment PS2m up to PS4.7m Please note that potential suppliers can only apply to a maximum of 2 (two) Lots. Project schemes will not exceed c.PS4.7m in value. Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes.
