The Contractor will have the opportunity to tender for all 13 regions across the U.K. The Security Contractors will be required to fit out a controlled space with alarms to a secured area at various locations across the U.K. There will potentially be 13 Contract's to be awarded, one for each individual RFCA region. The Contract will be based on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 and will use the 2018-2019 National Schedule of Rates, which will apply until the end of the financial year. Contractors interested will be required to carry out a PQQ for the regional RFCA they wish to be included for. This must be carried out before being added onto the tender list. From the responses and our existing sub-contractor data base, we shall compile the tender list. NOTE: The tenders will be assessed and awarded on a scoring basis.
