## Notice

NHS Arden & GEM CSU intends to select a supplier or suppliers for the Provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Network Works in the area of Essex covered by Mid & South Health and Care Partnership. The successful supplier/s will be expected to undertake networking and associated tasks across a number of sites including some or all but not limited to: * Surveying of sites to identify opportunities for improvement * Provide individual SOWs and quotations for each site. * Procurement and Installation of IT communications cabinets * Procurement and Installation of shelves within communications cabinets * Installation of uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) provided by CSU * Procurement and Installation of PDUs within communications cabinets * Installation of pre-configured Firewall provided by CSU * Communication with HSCN provider at time of firewall installation * Installation of pre-configured switches provided by CSU * Reorganisation of existing devices in data cabinets * Reorganisation and replacement of existing patch cables in data cabinets * Removal of redundant equipment to safe storage within the site * Provide the Authority with details of redundant equipment ready for collection * All electrical works related to communications cabinet * Other associated activities related to network cabling within communications cabinet or as determined by the Authority. Please note that we seek to award a place on an overarching framework agreement to a maximum of 3 Suppliers for a maximum period of 6 months.
