Claritas Group is the Construction Manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of a Groundworks and RC Frame Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to the supply, offloading, distribution and installation of the drainage, utilities, groundworks and the RC Frame to all 5 blocks and the basement.
