## Summary

The UK Shared Business Services Limited is seeking suppliers for the "UK SBS PS17061 STFC Accelerated Development Programme - Leadership Development Programme". This initiative, targeting the training services industry, is aimed at creating a leadership development centre for mid-career managers in science, engineering, and professional services. The procurement is currently in the award stage, with a total contract value of £125,000. The training program is set to run from January 2018 to June 2018 for the first cohort, while the second is scheduled for early 2019. Deliveries will take place at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire.

This procurement opportunity presents significant potential for growth for training providers, particularly those specialising in leadership and organisational development. Businesses with expertise in delivering face-to-face training methodologies and the capability to design comprehensive development programmes are well-suited to compete. Smaller and voluntary sector enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to engage, as this initiative highlights the need for innovative approaches to cultivate leadership skills in the public sector.
