Inspiring FE - Recruitment Programme for FE Governors Through our Governance programmes, we aim to improve the effectiveness of boards through supporting Governors to feel more confident and knowledgeable about their role, obtain a better understanding of how they can contribute to and facilitate effective governance which positively impacts the senior leadership team's performance, and subsequently, the institution's performance.
