LOT 1 - consisting of the demolition of 21 properties (15 properties in Ludlow Street, 2 properties in Balfour Street and 4 properties in Furnival Street). LOT 2 - consisting of the demolition of 16 properties in one Street (currently unable to confirm Street name). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
