## Notice

The toilets throughout the Esher Civic Centre are to undergo a full refurbishment. The project will undergo a staged programme to allow for 2 toilets to be refurbished at a time until all works are completed. The general layout of the toilets is remaining as is and there will be no significant re-design of any infrastructure however all fixtures and fittings shall be replaced for new. All works are shall be priced and carried out as per the specification documentation issued.
