## Notice

The works will be expected to be undertaken within the months of April to October with works commencing on 3 July 2023. An annual programme will usually contain between 8 and 12 sites. The sites size could vary from small areas of 300m2 to larger areas of 3,000m2. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist Tenderers in making their submissions. It should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
