(BHCC) is seeking fee proposals for the appointment of MEP Sustainability Consultant services for RIBA stages 2-3 of this project. The Council has appointed Architects to take the design to RIBA stage 3 and achieve Planning Approval, at which point a Main Contractor will be procured. The duties we will require the Employer's Agent to carry out will encompass the following roles: MEP Engineering Sustainability consultant These maybe carried out by one or more people in the Provider's organisation.
