Ensure accessibility to the ten LPAs, as well as other users, and encourage greater use of the information by case officers in LPAs when seeking specialist archaeological advice. *To encourage developers to seek specialist archaeological advice and utilise the HER prior to submitting a planning application. *To maximise the research and public benefit value of archaeological investigations
