Capability to deliver a complete range of trades and functions across the following broad areas is essential: (not exhaustive) * Minor refurbishment projects (up-to PS250K) * Major refurbishment projects (above PS250K) * Void property refurbishments (up-to PS5K) * New build capability * Facilities Management * Day to day repair * Emergency repair provision * Cyclical and planned maintenance * Compliance regimes/services More information is available on The Chest (https://procontract.due-north.com).
