Work will be allocated and tracked by a portal called ' service connect' The works will generally involve the following building elements/systems: and may be divided into LOTS 1Gas Breakdown & Repairs (ad-hoc) 2Domestic System Installs (ad-hoc & planned) 3Servicing (ad-hoc) It is envisaged each will have its Lot within the main DPS unless trades are very similar. A contractor may be approved and appointed to more than one Lot
